Questions?

Healthify Organics emphasizes the traditional method of extracting oils known as "Wood Pressed" at our facilities. We prioritize quality and nutrition by using small batch, Cold Pressed techniques. Our extraction process involves wooden and stone components, rotating at a gentle speed of less than 20 RPM, ensuring that temperatures remain below 50°C. This meticulous approach retains the natural essence, nutritional richness, and distinct characteristics of the seeds and nuts used. Embracing methods like Kolhu, Ghani, or Lakdi Ghani, we honor the heritage and authenticity of oil extraction while delivering premium quality oils to our customers.
Cold Pressed Oils are extracted using a slower mechanical pressing method at low temperatures, which is a less efficient process compared to the high-temperature extraction used in Refined Oil or Expeller Pressed Oil. The slower extraction process means that less oil is produced from a unit of raw ingredients (yielding only about 25%-40%), contributing to higher production costs. Additionally, our Cold Pressed Oils use premium-quality raw ingredients, further increasing the cost compared to Refined Oils.
@Healthify Organics ,we adhere to a straightforward business principle: We control all processes from start to finish and minimize reliance on third parties. At every stage, we eliminate middlemen, managing everything internally - from purchasing raw materials directly from farmers to cleaning, preparation, production, and packaging. Additionally, we handle branding, marketing, and technology entirely in-house. By cutting out middlemen, brokers, and third-party agencies, we accumulate significant cost savings, enabling us to maintain lower product costs than other brands. Unlike many of our competitors who merely serve as marketing fronts, we oversee our manufacturing processes internally.
Since our Cold-Pressed Oils contain no chemical preservatives, the shelf life is approximately 9 months. This is why we extract oil in small batches on-demand rather than all at once. When you consume, just ensure that the oil is not past the expiration date printed on the container.
Our Cold Pressed Oils are 100% unrefined. These are extracted using a completely mechanical process and then filtered using a sieve or cloth. Hence, you might find some sediments of the raw ingredients settling at the bottom of the oil over time, making the oil cloudy. This is a natural characteristic of the Cold Pressed Oils and does not reduce their quality. Just ensure that the oil is not past the expiration date printed on the container.
Cold Pressed Oils may contain higher levels of moisture compared to Refined Oils due to the gentler extraction process and natural filteration (sieve or cloth) that retains more natural elements. When frying, moisture from the food being cooked can react with the hot oil, leading to foaming. This is a natural characteristic of the Cold Pressed Oils and does not reduce its quality. Just ensure that the oil is not past the expiration date printed on the container.
