Returns and Refunds:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

     

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

  • Refund Amount: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

     

  • Promotional or Clearance Items: Promotional or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or defective.
